Do you remember this picture? This is Najy Mahmoud Abbas, the father of those two lovely children
Malak lives in a family of 4, one of whom is a school student. They live close to Beitlahia, next to the Israeli settlements. The father is suffering from kidney failure, and has difficulty breathing especially after the Israelis buried him 4 months ago.

This family's home drips water day and night, and they had to leave the house. They are all hoping to live in a house like other people, and they want to live in a peace, and in a safe place. Najy hopes to be a physician when he grows up, but for now, he says he wants to live in a safe place.


Ebrahem Rezk Saeed Salman
Age: 13 years

Family’s members: 18
Father unemployed.
Ebrahem lives in a family of 18 members, 7 of whom are students in schools, and two were injured during this uprising. The mother is very ill.

Ebrahem's father was arrested several times. They lived in an unstable house - when it rained, the water poured inside - which forced them eventually to abandon.

Ebrahem wants to be a manager when he grows up, and wants to study abroad.

Ayaa Ayman Mosaa Ghanaam
Age: 13 years

Ayaa lives in a family of 6 members, three of wom are students in school. They live in a rented house in Khan Yunis near Al Tofah Camp.

Ayaa’s father is paralyzed because he was injured byIsraeli tanks, and now he is unable to work and unable to walk. The owner of the apartment that they rent needs his apartment and needs his money because rent is nine months overdue.

Ayaa is an 'A' student in school, and she hopes to be a surgeon when she grows up.

Ahmed Awny Deeb AL Malhy
Age: 12 years
Social Condition:
Father: unemployed
Ahmed lives in a family of 6 members, three of whom are students in school, and one of them has an injury. In addition their father was injured in his head, and now he is unable to work..The family now lives in a tent because the Israeli tanks recently demolished their home.

In spite of such circumstances, Ahmed is an 'A' student. He wants to be a physician when he grows up, and says that for now he wants to live in a house similar to the one that was demolished for no reason…

Yahia Riad Atia Al Azazy
Age: 13 years
Social Condition:
Father: unemployed
Family members:9

Yahia lives in Al shaboraa, Rafah camp, in an appartment that consists of two rooms.
A few months ago, Yahia got a neck injury by an 800 weapon.

Yahia wants to be a physician when he grows up.
